Metro Glass offers a one year war- ranty on all its aluminum products and finishes when used for their intended purpose.
Metro Glass warrants that all of its aluminum products sold shall be free from defects in material and workman- ship. The warranty shall begin from the day the product is shipped. Metro Glass must be notified about any defects or material flaws in writing within sixty (60) days from the installa- tion date.
It is entirely Metro Glass’s choice of remedy with respect of this warranty for either repair or replacement of defective material.
This warranty will be null and void
if any improper installation, abuse, alternation, modification, misuse, negligence, accident, fire, flood, earth- quakes on the part of the purchaser is detected.
In no event is Metro Glass liable for special, direct, indirect, or consequen- tial damages of any kind including
but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, good will or any other loss or injury.
